It's important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout.

We are happily providing returns/exchanges within 7 days of an order being delivered.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return/exchange, click here or you can contact us at support@betterhut.in. After return pick-up is done by our logistics partner your exchanged parcel will be shipped and delivered to you within 7 days after dispatch.

After return approval, our logistic partner picks up your product within 24 hours of approval, and return logistics charges will be paid by the customer (up to ₹200).
After receiving your return parcel at our warehouse it will be sent for quality check (QC). After getting approval from QC team we will initiate a refund as a store credit (which you can use 100% for your next purchase from betterhut.in) after deducting the return logistics charge.
Example: If you want to return a product of rupees ₹1399. After the return was received by our warehouse and the quality check customer will get a refund of rupees (₹1399-₹180)=₹1219 as a store credit.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned (mentioned on the product page), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
There are some products that come under only an exchange policy. You have to mail us at support@betterhut.in within 7 days of receiving the product to get the exchange.
