Shipping Policy

It's important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. You will also get a tracking link via message and email and WhatsApp after dispatch your order by which you can track your parcel live.

Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

We Offer Zero Shipping Cost All Over the Country. 

Refund Policy

We are happily providing returns/exchanges within 7 days of an order being delivered.

  • Exchange Rule:

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If you received a damaged product, you will eligible for a free replacement of the same product.
  • If your delivered item is not damaged but you want to return it for some reason (wrong item/color), then also you are eligible for an exchange.

To start a return/exchange, click here or you can contact us at support@betterhut.in. After return pick-up is done by our logistics partner your exchanged parcel will be shipped and delivered to you within 7 days after dispatch.

If you want to return our product due to any reason we are happy to serve you.

After return approval, our logistic partner picks up your product within 24 hours of approval, and return logistics charges will be paid by the customer (up to ₹200).

After receiving your return parcel at our warehouse it will be sent for quality check (QC). After getting approval from QC team we will initiate a refund as a store credit (which you can use 100% for your next purchase from betterhut.in) after deducting the return logistics charge.

Example: If you want to return a product of rupees ₹1399. After the return was received by our warehouse and the quality check customer will get a refund of rupees (₹1399-₹180)=₹1219 as a store credit.

  • Store credit can be used 100% for your next purchase.
  • Return Logistics charge will be variable up to ₹200 depending upon your location.
  • Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned (mentioned on the product page), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • Exchanges

There are some products that come under only an exchange policy. You have to mail us at support@betterhut.in within 7 days of receiving the product to get the exchange.

  • Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded only in store credit. Remember you might be charged ₹50 to ₹200 for a complete refund against the return.
