  • Kabsa is an Arab mixed rice dish, that originated from Saudi Arabia.
  • SS Kabsa Masala is a blend of 21 spices essential spices to get the authentic taste of Arabian Kabsa
  • With this easily prepare Kabsa or Majboos without adding any other spices. Our Kabsa Masala leaves you with a taste that lasts long.
  • Ingredients: Salt, Red chili, Pepper, Cumin, Fennel, Cinnamon, Clove, Bay leaf, nut mug. Coriander, Mace, Cardamom, mustard, and other natural spices.
  • Recipe: Fry Chopped Onions with Ghee, till onions turn golden brown. Add sliced 2 Tomatoes, 2 Green Chilly, 10g Coriander Leaves, 10g Ginger garlic paste, 750g of Boiled Chicken/Mutton/Lamb and 50g of SS KABSA MASALA and stir well.
  • Later add 3 Cups (750g) of Biryani Rice and 4 Cup Water to the pressure cooker. After 2 Whistles remove from heat. Serve hot.
