- Preparation Method:
- Take a small amount of water in a cup and add a tablespoon of Vasundhara to it. Stir in pure and naturally sprouted, roasted millet malm.
- Mix these two well so that there are no lumps, then put this mixture in 200ml of boiling water, stir well for 2 minutes, and add milk and sugar or salt and buttermilk as per your taste to this mixture, thus prepare a healthy, nutritious, and traditional drink.
