- Drink it on an empty stomach in the morning or during meals.

- For bad breath, sore throat & yellow teeth:
- Dilute 1 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar with an equal amount of water, gargle with it.
- You can dip a cotton bud in this solution and rub your yellow-stained teeth with it to get it clean.
- Â For dandruff, acne, bruises, itchy skin, warts & rashes:
- Dilute apple cider vinegar with an equal amount of water.
- Apply it on the skin to control acne, bruises, sunburn, or rashes.
- Leave it overnight.
- To treat dandruff, apply this solution to your scalp massage and leave it overnight. Wash it off in the morning.
- To whiten discolored nails, apply apple cider vinegar with a cotton bud, leave it overnight then wash it off in the morning.
- For cleaner, softer feet:Â
- Pour 1-2 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar into warm water and soak your feet in it. Then, clean them with a pumice stone.
