- Preparation Instructions:
- Take 500g Chicken, 100g Yoghurt, Coal, Ghee, 2-3 Medium Onion Barista, 1-2 Tomatoes, Salt to Taste, 1.5 tbsp. Malai
- Begin by applying SPECIAL MIRCHILY MARINATING MASALA, salt, and yoghurt to the chicken.
- Light 4-5 coal and place them on the top of the chicken. Heat ghee and pour it over the coals. Cover with a lid and set aside for 1-2 hours
- Grind the onions, tomatoes, and malai into a paste
- Heat Oil and add the paste along with SPECIAL MIRCHILY CHICKEN ANGARA MASALA. Fry for 2-3 min.
- Remove the coal from chicken and add the chicken to the gravy. Cook until its done.
- Perform the coal bhagar again for that smoky Flavor.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot, preferably with paratha or naan.
