- Chicken Tandoori Masala which is widely used in preparing lip-smacking and spicy chicken dishes. Our product is a perfect blend of various spices, which ensure a tempting aroma and alluring taste. These are hygienically packed using quality packaging material to ensure a longer shelf life.
- Ingredients: Red Chilli Powder, iodized Salt, Dried Mango Powder, Cumin Seeds, Cinnamon, Clove, Coriander Seeds, Fennel Seeds, and Fenugreek Leaves.
- How To Use:
- Take around 1 kg of chicken. After washing squeeze out the water thoroughly and with the help of a sharp knife make slits on the chicken for deep penetration of masala powder to marinate.
- Apply some groundnut oil and 2 to 3 spoonfuls of thick yogurt and ginger garlic paste, leave aside for 10 minutes, and then add 2/3 or full packet of SS Chicken Tandoori masala depending size of the chicken. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours for marination.
- After marination place the chicken on grill or oven and bake for 40-45 minutes 150 degree centigrade Temperature. Brush them with oil and cook for another 2 minutes. Garnish with chaat masala, onions, and lemons, and serve along with green chutney.
- Delicious Tandoori chicken is ready to serve.
