- Ingredients: Coriander Seeds, Red chill Powder, iodized Salt, Cumin Seeds, Cinnamon, Cloves, Fennel Seeds, Fenugreek Leaves, Anistar.
- How To Use:
- Take 1 kg of chicken leg pieces. After washing squeeze out the water thoroughly and with the help of a sharp knife make slits on the chicken for deep penetration of masala powder to marinate.
- Take one bowl pour a full packet of SS chicken kalmi kabab masala with some water and make paste.
- Add 3-5 spoons of ginger garlic paste.
- Add all chicken pieces into the bowl mix it thoroughly and keep it aside for 15 minutes for marination.
- Heat oil in a medium flame and deep fry the chicken pieces until it is cooked well.
- Delicious chicken Kalmi Kabab is ready to serve.
