- Ingredients: Anistar, Pigeon Pea, coriander Seeds, Red Chilli Powder, Cloves, Fennel Seeds, Fenugreek Leaves, Green Cardamom, iodized Salt, Cumin Seeds, Cinnamon.
- How To Use:
- Take 1 kg of Fish Fillet or whole Fish. After washing squeeze out the water thoroughly and with the help of a sharp knife make slits on the Fish for deep penetration of masala powder to marinate.
- Take a blender and pour a full packet of SS Fish Fry masala with some water and 3 to 4 spoonfuls of ginger garlic paste and blend in a mixer grinder for 1 min.
- Apply the Fish fry Masala on the fish and keep it aside for 15 minutes of marination.
- Heat oil in a medium flame and shallow fry the Fish fillet pieces until it is cooked well.
- Delicious Fish Fry is ready to serve.
