- Recipe: Heat ghee in a pan, and cumin seeds, bay leaf, black pepper & and sliced onions, sauté until the onion turns transparent
- Add chopped vegetables and saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Drain the excess water from the Soaked Rice & add it to the pan
- Add Drained SNN soya chunks & mix well.
- Add 1/4 cup of water & salt to taste, and bring it to a boil over medium flame
- When it starts to boil reduce the flame to low & cook covered (pan with a lid) for about 10 minutes
- Keep it over hot stove top for at least 7-8 minutes
- Soya bean pulao is ready, garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot.
